Senior Manager of Brand Communications

Impact you will make

FinThrive is looking for an experienced Senior Manager to help bring our brand strategy to life through compelling, results-driven initiatives that resonate with our target audience. Brand communications management will play a pivotal role in developing and executing brand initiatives, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, and managing external agency relationships. The ideal candidate has a strong background in brand and marketing communications, excellent project management and writing skills, and a passion for monitoring and measuring the performance and impact of brand activities.

What you will do



  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with FinThrive's vision and market positioning.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to bring strategic brand initiatives to life, ensuring both brand consistency and synergy as well as alignment with marketing and business goals.
  • Plan and manage the execution of multi-channel brand initiatives aimed at building brand awareness and audience engagement within the healthcare RCM industry.
  • Manage relationships with creative agencies and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality campaign execution and brand alignment.
  • Write and edit marketing materials that reinforce the FinThrive's messaging, thought leadership and vision.
  • Support the expansion of FinThrive's voice across all marketing communications, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand values.
  • Partner with marketing peers and other internal teams to create and deliver compelling, interactive content that highlights FinThrive's RCM technology expertise and industry leadership.
  • Contribute to the development of a narrative around technology innovation in healthcare RCM.
  • Conduct our brand surveys and leverage data and market research to adjust tactics and improve integrated campaign performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to assess the impact of brand campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and reporting to guide continuous improvement.
  • Align to budget allocation for brand initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources across channels.



What you will bring



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • 7-10+ years of relevant experience in brand marketing or marketing communications, preferably within a technology or healthcare-focused environment.
  • Strong experience managing agency relationships and executing brand campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and creating impactful brand experiences.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations.


  • Travel required: Minimal (a couple of times a year)



What we would like to see



  • Prior experience in RCM technology, Healthcare or FinTech, especially in revenue cycle management.
  • Data analytics and insights skills and experience with analytics platforms.
  • Thought leadership content development and familiarity creating and managing thought leadership initiatives around complex topics like technology innovation in healthcare.
  • Crisis communications skills and experience managing brand communications during high-stakes situations.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Hubspot.


  • Knowledge of content strategy best practices.
