Summary

The Executive Operations Support Leader coordinates all executive administrative functions and provides multifaceted administrative support to the office of the CEO or CNO. Works independently with a high degree of professionalism and independent judgment, providing daily management of Executive Assistants. Provides input and coaching to Executive Assistants to effectively evaluate and manage performance. Leads and/or participates in strategic projects and programs associated with executive management administrative support.

Minimum Requirements

- A four-year Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other job related field from an accredited college or university plus three (3) years executive assistant level experience and/or supervisory experience.

- In lieu of degree, combination of college coursework and executive assistant level experience equaling seven (7) years.

- Experience handling confidential and sensitive material and information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality while maintaining a high standard of conduct and integrity.

Preferred Special Skills, Knowledge or Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a supervisory capacity and/or leading teams/projects.

- Demonstrated record of providing exceptional customer service.

- Budget preparation including solid understanding of budget, contracts and accounting processes.

- Demonstrated project management skills working with all levels of the organization.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization including senior executives.

- Motivate and guide others to achieve their best.

- Ability to pivot quickly and be flexible to changing circumstances.

- Quick at identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.

- Maintain performance under pressure and recover quickly from setbacks.

- High competence to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Operate effectively when the way forward is not clear.

- Navigate and resolve conflicts in an effective manner.

Major Accountabilities

1) Develops and manages a high performing team of Executive Assistant through effective hiring, training, coaching, performance feedback, reward, recognition and developmental opportunities.

2) Manages executive floor operations and administration to include key meeting preparation and on-the-day organization and liaison with internal partners (facilities, IT, etc.).

3) Leverages continuous improvement by streamlining processes using technology and resources such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Percipio etc.

4) Plans and/or directs various administrative, financial, and operational activities and duties at the direction of the Chief of Staff or CNO, including advance support and meeting coordination.

5) Leads strategic projects with enterprise-wide impact and supports planning for leadership development activities.

*Employees are expected to reside in Arizona (or New Mexico for Four Corners-based employees).

*Working from a home office requires adequate technology and an appropriate ergonomic set up.
