THE JOB:
Join MGM Resorts International as the Lifestyle & Pre-Opening Project Manager in our Hospitality & Development division. In this pivotal role, you will handle planning and tracking key initiatives for executive leadership while acting as a liaison between division leaders and MGMRI's HR and Functional Centers of Excellence (COEs). Your mission? To ensure talent and operational goals are met while delivering projects on time and within budget.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Lead and Manage Projects: Plan, track, and supervise projects to meet strategic objectives, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.

  • Foster Collaboration: Maintain effective communication between executive leadership and internal partners, including COEs and property managers.

  • Streamline Operations: Prepare expense reports, travel accommodations, meeting minutes, and other key operational reports for leadership review.

  • Enhance Communication: Keep division employees informed of project timelines, deadlines, travel schedules, and essential updates.

  • Support New Hires: Assist with onboarding, including SOPs, department guidelines, and property tours.

  • Administrative Excellence: Oversee administrative duties for executive leadership within the Content, Hospitality, and Development division.

  • Liaison Role: Act as a bridge between leadership and HR functions (Payroll, Compensation, Benefits) to address employee-related matters.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

  • Experience with Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus, Passkey).

  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) and excellent customer service abilities.

  • Statistical and analytical skills to interpret and present data effectively.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

  • Proven interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism.
