Oversees new employee orientation, staff development, and pharmacy residency training. Manages experiential education for pharmacy students and serves as the Administrator for the ACPE-accredited continuing education program. What Awaits You?
Develops and implements educational and training programs for the Johns Hopkins Health System, including pharmacy technicians, students, residents, and pharmacists. Oversees new employee orientation, staff development, and pharmacy residency training. Manages experiential education for pharmacy students and serves as the Administrator for the ACPE-accredited continuing education program. Assists in budget preparation for pharmacy education and training needs, overseeing fiscal responsibilities for ASHP residency accreditation and ACPE provider status. Recommends and leads staff development and patient education programs, establishing structured training methods. Serves as Chair of the Education Council for the Department of Pharmacy. Provides direct supervision to Pharmacy Educators and oversight for Pharmacy Residents, ensuring competency completion per ASHP standards. Minimum Qualifications:
Salary Range: Minimum $58.47/hour - Maximum $102.34/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
