The position is remote, but the incumbent must reside within the Baltimore, MD metro commuting area and will be required to be onsite periodically Summary: Reports to Manager, Talent Acquisition or Manager, Talent Acquisition Pre-Boarding. Responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience for Executives, Leadership, and staff-level employees within Johns Hopkins Health System (JHHS). Responsible for managing and coordinating of the onboarding process which includes occupational health screening, background checks, primary sources on education, and certification/licensure (if applicable). Ensures that staff are processed on a timely basis and entered into the SAP system before the start date. Conducts quarterly compliance/quality audits on new hires across JHHS. Takes the lead in coordinating/training new Talent Acquisition Coordinators. Manages the JHHS-wide employee referral program. Participates in projects. Other duties as assigned. Education: Requires a minimum of an Associate's degree. One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience or one year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education. Work Experience: Minimum of two years of progressively responsible related HR experience. Salary Range: Minimum $22/hour - Maximum $36.32/hour.
