About the Position The IT Services Technician Senior delivers exceptional customer service through reliable communication, accurate issue assessment, and effective resolutions that support county business processes. This role provides proactive, end-user-focused technical support for workstations, laptops, printers, virtual desktops, and other peripheral devices while acting as a subject matter expert in end-user computing. Responsibilities include comprehensive support for component systems and technologies, including but not limited to Windows and Mac operating systems, mobile device management (MDM), software deployment, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues. The IT Services Technician Senior will also lead initiatives to improve service delivery, develop technical documentation, and mentor junior technicians. We Require
High school diploma or GED Five years of related experience to include performing a combination of installing, loading, configuring microcomputer hardware and software, detecting/resolving computer and printer problems An equivalent combination of post-secondary education in an IT-related field may substitute for the experience requirement on a year-for-year basis

Working Conditions
This position requires the employee in office/field or customer facing for all hours worked Exerting up to 20 lbs. occasionally, 10 lbs. frequently, or negligible amounts constantly OR requires walking or standing to a significant degree Position is typically office or administrative work and is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions
