Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Program Manager to design, implement, and manage compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This role will be responsible for ensuring compensation structures align with company objectives, industry benchmarks, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of compensation principles, and experience managing both base and incentive pay programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain competitive compensation programs, including base salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs.

  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure pay practices remain competitive and equitable.

  • Analyze compensation data to provide insights and recommendations for pay adjustments and strategy improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.

  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and leadership teams to align compensation programs with business goals.

  • Manage annual salary review cycles, job evaluations, and pay equity analyses.

  • Develop compensation-related policies, guidelines, and training for HR teams and managers.

  • Oversee job grading, salary bands, and career progression frameworks.

  • Utilize compensation analytics tools and systems to streamline reporting and decision-making.

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to provide guidance on job offers and compensation packages.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related fields.

  • Strong understanding of compensation structures, job evaluations, and pay equity.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation tools (e.g., Workday, PayScale, or similar).

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
