We are currently seeking a RM&A Analyst to support our customer in Crane, IN. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties, as well as possess the following education and experience.

Duties:



  • Perform analysis of reliability requirements and goals, construct mathematical models, and analyze product design for reliability and performance for the EA-18G, P-8A, and related Airborne EW systems
  • Perform program/system analysis to support FST engineering/logistics efforts and perform data/supportability analysis for product maintainability and to support Fleet Support Team engineering/logistics efforts
  • Analyze Fleet Aviation Maintenance Material Management (AV-3M), Original Equipment Manufacturer, and Depot Repair Data for supportability and identify emerging trends and provide recommendations for reliability and program cost reduction efforts
  • Support defining the reliability and maintainability metrics for data/supportability analysis
  • Develop and review R&M plans, analyses and test results for the FST and provide short-term and long-term supportability recommendations to address trends and support issues


Desired Education:



  • Bachelor's level degree.


Desired Experience:



  • 3+ years equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Mathematical &/or analytical skills helpful.


Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
