The Vice President of Channel Services is responsible for the strategic development, growth, and operational execution of the Channel Services Business Unit. This role will manage the identification of new channel services, help lead, develop and implement the programs. The VP guides the strategy, growth of programs and processes while ensuring execution of the operations. The VP is responsible for financial performance, operational performance, customer satisfaction and employee engagement. This position maintains key client relationships, maintains oversight of new channel services development programs, develops annual department goals and objectives, provides strategic leadership to align with company objectives, and effectively communicates the strategies.

Responsibilities

Channel Strategy and Business Development -30%

  • Lead the development of channel strategies and service delivery model that support the business needs of TRIMEDX.
  • Lead, develop and communicate strategies to senior leadership that maximize business opportunities, revenue and profitability
  • Lead efforts to evaluate Channel Services programs, develop recommendations and business plans.
  • Build relationships and lead with Channels to create a funnel of opportunities and the segments of business to drive additional revenue
  • Lead the strategic execution of a business plans Revenue and Margin and recommendation of business and organization structure.
  • Partnering with business unit, leadership, internal stakeholders to understand needs and build a successful program structure.
  • Create and update Long Range Plan to support TRIMEDX Long range financial targets
  • Define Go to Market Strategy, Branding, standard offering and pricing

Operational Leadership - 30%

  • Creates, manages and delivers to the Channel Services Budget
  • Responsible for supporting Field operations needs and ensuring the best service is being delivered
  • Create a vision and strategy for Continuously improving systems and processes enhancing
  • Drive the implementation and integration of programs through pilots, phased and full implementations.
  • Communicate with operations management and internal executive leadership on a regular basis to ensure alignment of progress as it evolves.
  • Ensure the proper utilization of contractual benefits and adherence to contract terms and conditions.
  • Support TRIMEDX ISO Certification policies, process and audits.
  • Establishes goals that meet client and contractual KPIs and holds team accountable to deliver
  • Identifies areas of improvement, develops detailed action plans and drives improvements to meet performance goals

Client Services (20%)

  • Ensure exceptional customer service to clients and internal customers.
  • Manage and support Client Management Reviews that will measure, monitor and improve performance.
  • Retain and advance customer relationships with clients, identify areas for additional growth
  • Lead the delivery of results to defined customer groups with divers, non- routine needs
  • Develop Client profile and intelligence gathering program

Leadership - 20%

  • Build Organizational Structure and continue to evaluate staffing and talent for best service delivery
  • Build staffing model and continue to evaluate right % Dedicated verses Existing resources
  • Leadership: Provide clear direction to ensure collective achievement of goals and objectives. Create an environment of respect, collaboration, and open communication.
  • Associate Development: Identify and support development needs of direct reports and team members including connecting them to resources both internally and externally to ensure a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Associate Engagement: Create high levels of employee engagement by understanding organizational and personal drivers that impact drivers and developing action plans that deliver increased engagement.
  • Performance management: Set clear goals and expectations for teams, monitor, and enable performance and intervene with appropriate action when performance gaps occur and provide timely, honest feedback. Ensure that associates complete assigned actions by required deadlines.

All other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 12 years' experience managing in a clinical engineering or Healthcare environment of which at least 7 years of people management experience. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Extensive experience in healthcare, field service operations, clinical engineering or biomedical maintenance is preferred
  • Experience in negotiating contracts, agreements, and partnerships based on financial and operational needs
  • Strategic capabilities in financial planning, resource allocation, workforce planning and analysis, business process improvement
  • Technology savvy and Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Strong cross- functional knowledge of sales, human resources and IT and finance and the ability to
  • Strategic Leadership skills to execute initiatives, influence stakeholders and drive integrated objectives across the organization
  • Conflict resolution and team building skills with the ability to mentor and develop knowledge
  • Strong executive level written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent presentation communication skills.
  • Travel - 20% (overnight required).

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in management, Engineering, Finance, healthcare or a related field. Additional experience may be considered.
  • Master's degree is desired, and MBA preferred
