Position Title:Manager of Business Continuity Business Unit:Business Continuity Reports to:Director of Corporate Resilience and Security Position Overview: The Business Continuity Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the ongoing resilience and operational continuity of FNB by leading and managing business continuity planning response, and recovery efforts across the organization. The position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining strategies to minimize the impact of business disruptions. This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams, including organizational leadership to create actionable plans, and ensure readiness for a variety of potential emergencies. Primary Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of business continuity segments, lead new project implementations, perform maintenance activities (BIA's, plan development and updates, resilience risk management, exercise design and facilitation, training and awareness) and participate in emergency management response. Provides leadership and supervision for emergency management and business continuity personnel during normal operations and incidents by providing direction, coaching, and timely feedback to ensure program goals and projects are being implemented consistent with risk management practices and corporate risk appetite. Manages and develops strategy for an integrated network of emergency management and business continuity tools and technologies- including crisis management and business continuity software, mass notification tool, risk intelligence tools- that ensure effective information sharing between emergency management groups before, during and after emergencies. Conduct deep dive analysis on issues effecting business continuity compliance, maturity metrics and implement corrective actions. Identification of maximum allowable downtimes and potential gaps or risk that impact the business unit operations. Must be able to understand on premise, cloud based and third party relationships to recovery time objectives. Works Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with all departments on conducting reviews of business continuity plans, identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities, and develop solutions for short-term and long-term outages. Identifies new and innovative approaches to emergency management and business continuity plans, policies, procedures, and systems. Develops initiatives to continue growth and innovation within the corporate resiliency program based on changing industry standards and practices, new technologies, and lessons learned from previous incident response and exercises. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
