As a summer intern with CCSWB, you'll gain hands-on experience, tackle meaningful projects, and collaborate with industry professionals who are eager to support your growth. This is more than just an internship - it's an opportunity to make an impact, develop valuable skills, and see your ideas come to life. Duties and Responsibilities Shadow and assist in high-impact projects within the assigned area Follow the project charter and responsibilities Collaborate with the team to achieve goals Attend follow-up meetings to ensure the adequate execution of the assigned project Data Collection and Analysis: Responsible for collecting and analyzing data from the photo recognition system to identify patterns and trends related to stock levels and product placement. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on the system's performance and document any findings or recommendations for improvements. Collaboration with Warehouse Staff: Ensure the photo recognition system is integrated smoothly into daily operations and provide training if necessary. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements based on the data collected and work with the team to implement these changes. Report on final recommendations Provide feedback on the program Qualifications Current bachelor student in the final year of study or graduate student Minimum GPA of 2.8 Major in Engineering or Marketing Ability to analyze databases Must have the ability to commute from our Dallas and Fort Worth locations Desirable: Project Management Skills Presentation Skills Applicants with disabilities may be entitled to reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act and certain Texas or local laws.
