Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Resourceful, proactive, and organized



7 AM - 3:30 PM | $18 - $22 per hour

Front Desk Receptionist Job Duties



  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and direct visitors appropriately.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and supplies.
  • Maintain the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner.
  • Receive deliveries, sort and distribute mail, and assist with the organization of meetings as directed.
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory of stock, office expenses, and costs, and stock the office supply room.
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and printing.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.
