change of employment? Staffmark, in partnership with Freedom Forever, is hiring an HR Coordinator in Las Vegas, NV. This temp-to-hire role is a great way to get your foot in the door with Freedom Forever.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED | 2+ years of HR experience | Proficiency in the use of Excel, Word, and HRIS | Strong attention to detail | Excellent communication skills

HR Coordinator Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct New Employee Orientation (NEO) remotely and at HQ offices.
  • Create and maintain employee personnel and confidential files.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to HRIS.
  • Manage I-9 record keeping, including E-Verify submissions and follow-ups.
  • Process employee status changes and verification of employment requests.
  • Maintain and update HRIS records, organization charts, and reports.
  • Monitor HR email and respond within 24 hours, along with other assigned duties.



Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

Pay: $24 - $26 per hour
