Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Pay: $16/hr. Essential Functions: This role is responsible for obtaining and verifying patient demographic and insurance information, collecting co-pays, and providing detailed insurance breakdowns. It includes securing prior authorizations, reviewing medical documentation, and resolving front collections accounts while maintaining accurate records. Effective communication with patients, physicians' offices, and internal teams is essential to ensure smooth coordination. Additional duties include handling patient and insurance inquiries, performing clerical tasks like faxing and emailing, and reporting concerns to management.
