Description
This is a Full Time, 12 Hour Night Shift at Scripps System Wide Float Pool. Travel to 4 hospital sites required. Bonus Eligible* Our Scripps System-wide Resource Services (SSRS) department supports the entire Scripps Health system. As a member of the float team, you can fill vital roles on assignments throughout the system to provide critical coverage for employee's leave of absences, sick calls, and peak Service demands while gaining experience in a variety of environments. Responsibilities include: * Providing direct patient care within the scope of practice. * Patient care encompasses assessment, planning, implementation of a care plan, and evaluation of patients' progress toward expected outcomes. * With quality, patient- and family-centered care in mind, the RN takes primary responsibility for the care provided to patients by the Care Team under their supervision. * Collaborate with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care. Float Pool: RNs self-schedule in 4-week blocks to meet shift and weekend requirements. This position covers all 5 campus sites and urgent care. Full-Time Position- 3 shifts/ week, including at least 2 weekends or 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule. Travel Requirements: * Work between the four (4) Scripps Health hospital campuses: Encinitas, La Jolla, San Diego, and Chula Vista. *The following are not eligible for hiring incentives:
