About the Role

We're looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant.

You will be a trusted advisor to our executive team providing administrative and strategic support. You will report to our Executive Advisor, who will provide direction, mentorship and context.

You will be based in our Portland, Puyallup or Seattle office. This position is a hybrid position and requires occasional travel to support executives and business objectives.

You Will:

  • Provide strategic support to CEO and other executives - anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities.
  • Align executive's time with company goals and needs.
  • Support strategic planning, goal tracking and progress updates.
  • Optimize our executives' schedule and prepare our executives for meetings (briefing, research and agendas).
  • Attend important meetings, develop action items and follow up.
  • Responsible for travel arrangements, expenses, and basic administrative responsibilities.

You Have:

  • 5+ years as an executive assistant or program executive assistant. Experience in the AEC industry highly preferred. or executive assistant.
  • A desire to collaborate seamlessly across teams, proactively connect the dots between programs, and express a willingness to take direction and grow through mentorship.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to discreetly handle confidential information.
  • Experience with shifting business priorities.

Compensation Information: Base salary for this position is in the range of $78,000-$90,000+ depending on qualifications.

Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. We value transparency and look forward to discussing our compensation structure.
