Buildings are a leading contributor to the climate crisis, generating nearly 40% of total global energy-related carbon emissions. We're making a lasting impact on our industry and within our communities by addressing the climate, affordability and equity crises through:

  • renewables and energy services
  • engineering and design

To get where we're going, we need big thinkers, problem solvers and collaborative mindsets. Does that sound like you?

The Opportunity with McKinstry:

McKinstry supports clients and their facilities throughout the life of a building; the Technical Service team specifically focuses on the optimization and energy efficiency of existing buildings with a uniquely consultative approach. We collaborate directly with owners to help them make effective decisions that improve the efficiency, occupant comfort, and lifespan of their buildings.

This role will collaborate with strategic clients to provide solutions for Building Performance Standards like Washington's CBPS and Seattle's Building Emissions Performance Standard, while fostering long-term relationships to align client goals with Technical Services offerings while developing and refining the Consulting offering within the team.
