Clow Valve - Metal Casting Facility Safety Project Coordinator (Temporary)

Today, Clow Valve Company operates at two locations: Oskaloosa, Iowa, and Riverside, Calif. The Oskaloosa plants include iron and brass foundries, a machine shop, assembly, finished goods warehousing, shipping and administrative offices. The Riversidelocation includes a sales office and distribution center.We are proud to continue our history of offering manufactured products that comply with "Made in the USA" requirements.

Duties to include but not limited to:

-Liaison between Clow and the Construction Project on safety issues

-Assist with the management of the in-house Lockout, Guarding, and Electrical Safety teams during the Install/Qualification process (the turn-over period for tools).

-Conduct routine hazard inspections of the project worksites

-Assist the Clow Safety Engineer with training and documentation.

-Assist the in-house teams as a content expert on safety issues and solutions.

-High school diploma & previous safety experience in a manufacturing environment.
