Summary Under direction of the Nurse Manager, Clinical Coordinator & Charge Nurse, the Community Residence Counselor
(CRC ) provides direct patient care and participates in therapeutic milieu within the scope of defined practice. Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required and Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study preferred Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Medication Administration Program Certified [MAP - Massachusetts] - Massachusetts Department of Public Health required Experience One-year patient care or related experience preferred, preferably in a psychiatric setting 1-2 years preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Time Management. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work as part of a team. - Maintains a commitment to professional growth and competency. - All employees must possess basic computer skills to use a variety of electronic or online systems (PRISM) for communication, clinical and administrative purposes. - Familiarity with Epic preferred.
