The Global Digital Sales team is a new team responsible for building out a digital response and sales coverage engine supporting multiple digital sales centers, enabling Visa to accelerate growth, leveraging continuous innovation with an optimized sales model while building deeper relationships with our customers. We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategically minded Senior Finance Manager to support our growing Digital Sales Organization. This role will be integral in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our digital sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial principles, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions and growth. Essential Functions:
- Revenue Reporting and Optimization:
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and digital sales leaders.
- Create and maintain dashboards to monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and other key metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all financial reports and dashboards.
- Analyze pricing strategies and their impact on sales and profitability, recommending adjustments as needed.
- Evaluate promotional and discount programs to determine their effectiveness and ROI.
- Identify opportunities to optimize revenue streams and improve overall financial performance.
- Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning for the digital sales team.
- Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Track and report on key financial and operational metrics, including sales targets, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition costs.
- Monitor and manage the digital sales budget, ensuring expenses are within approved limits and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Analyze and report on variances between actual and budgeted expenditures, providing explanations and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the digital sales team to provide financial guidance and support for strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Act as a liaison between the finance department and digital sales organization to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.
- Support cross-functional projects and initiatives, providing financial insights and recommendations.
- Systems & Processes:
- Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement best practices for financial planning, reporting, and analysis within the digital sales organization.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to support digital transformation efforts.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- Experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within a sales organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle, SQL) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience supporting a sales organization.
- Strong familiarity with key sales metrics including but not limited to AANR and Revenue.
- Experience using Finance systems including TRUTH and GARP (internal candidates only)
- Strong program/project management skills & strong facilitation skills.
- Ability to effectively navigate and lead others in an ambiguous environment to achieve high levels of performance and deliver sustainable value to the organization by holding yourself and others accountable.
- Strong relationship-management skills and ability to communicate effectively, and collaborate with, senior-to-exec management.
- Strategic, analytical thinker who consistently challenges the status quo and constructively challenges the team to aim for higher ground, change agent.
- Global experience preferred.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 142,200.00 to 206,350.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
