CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Cloud Operations Analyst to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Operations Analyst to join our team. The role involves monitoring and maintaining cloud infrastructure, primarily using Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Kubernetes, as well as managing on-prem data center operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in cloud security, Linux, scripting (Python or Bash), and PowerShell. Additional skills in Docker, Git, DevOps, and Spacelift are preferred. The position requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with development and operations teams.

How you'll create opportunities in this Cloud Operations Analyst role:

* Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.

* Implement and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform.

* Automate operational tasks and processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.

* Ensure cloud environments are secure, scalable, and reliable.

* Collaborate with development and operations teams to support cloud initiatives.

* Perform regular system audits and generate reports on cloud infrastructure health.

* Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues.

* Document operational procedures and best practices.

* Implement best practices for cloud security and compliance.

* Manage and monitor on-prem data center operations to ensure seamless integration with cloud infrastructure.

* Perform maintenance and upgrades on on-prem data center hardware and software.

What you will need:

• 2+ years of experience in cloud operations or a similar role.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of Spacelift is a plus.
• Experience with on-prem data center operations.
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Certifications / Licenses:

• AZ-900/AZ-400 certifications preferred
