Job Mission

The University Relations (UR) Team mission is to identify and nurture relationships with university students, faculty, and administration to build ASML presence in the US university eco system while enabling a continuous pipeline of entry level talent. You will have the opportunity to own your own project, learn about university relations and how it fits into the overall talent acquisition strategy and become exposed to program management.

Job Description

  • Act as frontline resource for other interns by providing guidance, support, and by fostering a collaborative and engaging environment
  • Assist in the planning and execution of programming tailored to enhance the intern experience
  • Implement and manage a learning element of the US intern program which will focus on intern professional development and self-evaluation
  • Conduct comprehensive benchmarking and research on tiered school initiatives, ensuring ASML's active participation in relevant programs and identifying opportunities for future programming
  • Partner with UR program managers in developing communication materials in PowerPoint and and maintaining associated MS Teams channels
  • Provide additional support to ASML's Talent Acquisition internal processes and projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or another relevant area of study
  • Must have knowledge and proficient experience in using Microsoft Office Suite (specifically PowerPoint and Excel)

Skills and Competencies

  • Demonstrate open, clear, concise and professional written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision
  • Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy

Other Information

  • This position is located on-site in Wilton, CT or San Jose, CA .
  • Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; utilize a computer. Occasionally required to move around the campus.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
