Job Title: BuildPro Administrator
Job Description As a BuildPro Administrator, you will be responsible for researching errors on the ISR, monitoring alerts, clearing rejected EPOs older than 30 days, and reporting any alerts that may require division training. You will facilitate template changes requested by management, assist in filling out UPRs, acquire proper signatures for Build Pro log-ins and security roles, and set up new communities in Build Pro. Additionally, you will format and distribute EPO by Week Detail reports, update Build Pro start dates, manage BOX scheduling and Multifamily Buildings, monitor unintegrated tasks, assist expeditors as needed, and monitor pending EPOs for issues or errors, reporting to the Build Pro manager when training is needed. Responsibilities * Research all errors on the ISR and delete as necessary. * Monitor alerts and clear rejected EPOs older than 30 days. Report any other alerts requiring division training to the Build Pro Manager. * Facilitate template changes requested by management. * Fill out or assist in filling out UPRs and acquire proper signatures for Build Pro log-ins and security roles. * Set up new communities in Build Pro. * Format and distribute EPO by Week Detail report. * Update Build Pro start dates. * Manage BOX scheduling and Multifamily Buildings. * Monitor unintegrated tasks. * Assist expeditors as needed. * Monitor pending EPOs for issues or errors and report to Build Pro manager when training is needed. During the contract period, working hours are from 7am to 4pm Central Time Zone. Once permanent, the working hours will be from 7:30am to 4:30pm Pacific Time Zone. You will be working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Miami, Florida. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.23/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
