Job Summary

Reporting directly to the CEO and a member of the Juice Media Executive team, the Sr. Director/VP Customer Success will oversee the agency's client-facing consulting teams, acting as a senior advisor to key clients to drive client growth and retention. This key leader will also establish and develop best-in-class learning and development practices/programs to ensure all delivery team members are expert consultants adept at recommending and driving omnichannel media strategies for clients to grow their business and brand while contributing to the overall growth of the agency.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all client-facing consulting teams.
  • Develop and scaleprocess managementinitiatives across the firm.
  • Overseelearning & development programsto upskill consulting teams.
  • Ensure delivery teams meetKPIs for client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Act as a senior advisor to key client and drive thought leadership.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to drivestrategic growth.
Qualifications
  • 15-20+ years in consulting with a focus on leadership and operations
  • Proven track record inmanaging large teamsand multi-client engagements
  • Strong background inorganizational developmentand training
  • Experience leadinghigh-performance consulting teams
  • Strong business acumen and experience managing P&L responsibilities
  • Deep expertise in process management and performance optimization
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
  • Experience at ad tech / martech / or digital marketing agencies

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is$161,186.00-$230,265.00/ year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
