Regional Executive Coordinator

The Northern California Coastal Region is seeking a Regional Executive Coordinator. This is a hybrid role that will require both in office around the region and work from home availability.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

The Regional Executive Coordinator provides complex support to the Regional Chief Executive Officer (RCEO) and the Regional Leadership Team. In driving project management, providing administrative support and serving as a liaison between the RCEO and internal and external parties, the Regional Executive Coordinator is an integral part of the region's management.

  • Driving and supporting project management

WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE GOOD:
1: Perform a variety of complex duties, with little supervision and exercising confidentiality. Prepare communications, presentations, talking points, records, reports and for Regional Leadership Team, Board of Directors and other internal and external audiences.

2: Initiate, prepare, and edit written reports using various software and/or database management applications.

3: May manage projects involving operational issues and compile results and findings for management review, including suggested improvements for greater productivity and streamlined processes. May participate as a representative for the RCEO on cross-functional project or event team or serve as a project manager for an intra-department project.

4: Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all regional staff and volunteers.

5: Work closely with the Board of Directors. Communication liaison with Board Members, strategize and

Scope:Extensive knowledge of the job. Comprehensive acquaintance with both general and specific aspects of the job and their practical application to complex problems normally encountered. Contacts are frequent with individuals representing other organizations or individuals of significant importance within organization.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education:High School or equivalent required.

Experience:Minimum 7 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.

Management Experience:N/A

Skills & Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in personal computer use and Microsoft Office Suite. Proficient typing skills required. Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures that relate to operations within assigned organizational unit is preferred. Ability to prepare and edit complex documents is preferred. Ability to work on a team. Ability to assume leadership role as needed. Experience with Salesforce a plus.

Travel:travel within the region is expected on a time-to-time basis.

Physical Requirements:

  • Physical requirements are those present in normal office environment conditions. Operational flexibility is required to meet sudden and unpredictable needs. Ability to use a personal computer, applicable software, and office equipment for sustained periods of time. May include sitting for long periods of time, driving a vehicle, and working under challenging conditions.

COMPENSATION RANGE AND BENEFITS FOR YOU:

The salary range for this position is: $34.50

Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
