Overview
Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for an IS&T Business Process Automation Specialist, supporting TOS II, at Arnold Air Force Base in Arnold, TN. The IS&T Business Process Automation Specialist will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible for [e.g. operating and maintaining or supporting] the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts.

Open to internal and external candidates. The selected candidate for this requisition may be required to occasionally (e.g., application upgrades) work outside normal business hours.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be a detailed-oriented Business Process Automation Specialist who will analyze, design, and implement automation solutions that streamline business processes. This role requires a unique blend of technical development skills and business analysis expertise, as you will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and leverage automation tools to create efficient workflows. Job Duties:
* Process Analysis and Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to document current processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized workflows.
* Automation Development: Utilize Business Process Management/Automation tools (e.g., BPLogix Process Director, RPA software like UiPath, Power Automate, or others) to build scalable, robust automation solutions.
* Requirements Gathering: Work directly with business teams to capture functional requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and manage expectations.
* Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test cases, ensure quality assurance standards, and troubleshoot automation processes to maintain reliability.
* Continuous Improvement: Monitor and refine automated processes, incorporating feedback to enhance performance and usability.
* Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on automated solutions, ensuring successful adoption and usage.
* Support and remediate any issues with Business Systems outside of normal assigned shift.
* Provide Tier 2 end user troubleshooting support for Business Systems through the ticket support system.
* Support the use of common work processes and procedures within assigned function across the TOS II contract.
* Provide support to AEDC Customer and other contractors.
* Ensure Cybersecurity requirements are consistently documented, maintained, evaluated and compliant for Government IT system networks including components of systems.
* Periodically evaluates process and program effectiveness and takes action to maintain continuous improvement.
* It is a condition of employment to wear company issued PPE (personal protective equipment) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
* BS degree in Computer Engineering, Science, or Information Systems and 5-7 years of relevant experience or any equivalent combination of education and progressive and relevant experience.
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance and the AEDC local area network.
* Current U. S. Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experienced with No-Code/Low-Code Business Process Management/Automation tools. Examples include BPLogix Process Director, Appian, UIPATH, Pegasystems PegaPlatform, PowerAutomate, PowerApps, etc.
* Basic SQL understanding
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in roles like Process Improvement, Process Automation Developer, Business Analyst, or similar positions
* Knowledge and/or experience in IT department practices and procedures
* Skilled in oral and written communication
* Skilled at building and maintaining personnel and customer relationships.
* Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
* Active DoD security clearance or able to obtain an Active DoD security clearance.
