Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for service excellence and a background in healthcare technology? This is your opportunity to lead a high-impact team and shape the future of diagnostic imaging services across the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean!

As National Service Director, you will work directly with the VP of National Service to oversee operations and elevate customer satisfaction across our entire North American service territory. You'll be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge diagnostic imaging products from our parent company in Japan, ensuring top-tier service performance and strategic growth.

Salary: $125K-$150K, based on experience

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and mentor a national team of service professionals
  • Drive service strategy, execution, and performance improvements
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee service delivery quality, training, and regulatory compliance
  • Evaluate costs, manage service contracts, and develop monthly profitability forecasts




Qualifications:



  • 10-15 years of experience in a service leadership role (preferably in healthcare tech or diagnostics)
  • 5+ years in management with proven ability to lead, train, and scale teams
  • Strong grasp of service metrics, customer satisfaction, and conflict resolution
  • Expertise in navigating regulatory environments (FDA, state/local compliance)
  • Stellar communication, strategic thinking, and client relationship skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, electronics, engineering, or related field required
  • Approximately 50% travel required within US and occasional visit to Corporate HQ in Japan.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
