*Description*
Client seeking onsite helpdesk support. Providing application support for one of their most high-traffic web-based applications. -Note: This work will be trained, experience in application support is a plus but not a requirement Candidate will be provided with an application manual to become accustomed to the application, like a white page document. This application houses over 27 templates that are submitted through the platform and gathers information from multiple sources. The types of calls/tasks this person may do to support this role include but are not limited to: -Reporting questions - validating if all information on a template is completed/investigating why information wasn't pulled based on data entry on a form -They'll learn the types of data the system can and cannot access to answer question -Field user calls about the application/its functions -Help End-users navigate different domains in the application *Skills* Help desk, Active directory, Support, Hardware, Troubleshooting, Windows, Customer service *Top Skills Details* 1.) 3-5 years of FORMAL helpdesk experience 2.) 3-5 years of desktop troubleshooting (MS Active Directory - resetting passwords, helping set up Outlook Accounts), installing printers and phone lines to a desktop) 3.) Experience with remote helpdesk support 4.) Experience supporting applications and troubleshooting desktop and web applications for end-users *Additional Skills & Qualifications* -This person will have a direct supervisor helping them and training them on the system -Candidate must be someone wanting to learn and who is intellectually curious. This will be very important for the application support role, as they want someone who is interested in learning their system to support their users. -need a reliable candidate who will be available and willing to learn and ask questions, if needed to advance their work and help end-users. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.
