We are seeking a strategic and visionaryVice President of Data & Analytics Productsto lead a critical area of our analytics product portfolio and enterprise analytics practice. In this role, you will drive the design, development, and delivery of a next-generationHealthcare Customer Data Platform (CDP)that powers personalized patient and member experiences. You will champion the use of data, advanced analytics, machine learning (ML), and artificial intelligence (AI) to accelerate marketing automation, inform product strategy, and drive deeper engagement, improved clinical outcomes, and measurable business impact.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadershipin the design, implementation, and operationalization of a Healthcare Customer Data Platform (CDP) that unifies patient and member data, enables advanced segmentation, and powers personalized engagement across digital and clinical touchpoints.
Oversee the development and deploymentof advanced analytics, machine learning models, and AI-driven solutions that enhance patient/member engagement, improve health outcomes, and drive operational efficiency across Teladoc's suite of services.
Partner cross-functionallywith Product, Marketing, and other key stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven strategies that fuel product innovation, elevate marketing effectiveness, and optimize member experiences.
Lead initiatives in marketing automation, applying advanced analytics and AI/ML to optimize campaign performance, personalize customer journeys, and enhance lifecycle management-delivering measurable gains in engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Lead, develop, and mentora high-performing team of data engineers, data scientists, analytics professionals, and ML/AI engineers-driving a culture of innovation, professional growth, and continuous improvement.
Establish and uphold best practicesin data and AI governance, data quality, privacy, and compliance in collaboration with Data Engineering, Legal, IT, and Compliance teams-ensuring adherence to regulatory standards such as HIPAA and GDPR.
Measure, optimize, and communicatethe impact of analytics initiatives, CDP performance, and AI-driven applications-continually refining strategy to maximize business value and outcomes.
Serve as an analytics evangelist, championing the adoption of data-driven practices, AI/ML solutions, and CDP capabilities across the organization to accelerate innovation and transformation.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Qualifications Expected for Position
Bachelor's degree required; Master's or advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
12+ years of progressive experience in analytics, data science, AI/ML, or related fields, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing analytics delivery and data-driven product development.
Expertise in designing, developing, and managing scalable data solutions using Snowflake and modern data lake architectures, including MPP data warehouse platforms, to enable efficient analytics and business intelligence capabilities.
Proven track record implementing and leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions to deliver tangible business results, specifically around customer/member engagement, marketing automation, and product innovation.
Expertise in data analytics, predictive modeling, data visualization, and analytics platforms/tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Google Cloud Platform, AWS).
Strong technical acumen, including familiarity with data architecture, data engineering concepts, and the implementation of AI/ML solutions in cloud environments.
Prior experience in healthcare, telemedicine, digital health, or SaaS industries is strongly preferred.
The base salary range for this position is$250,000 - $300,000.In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here:Teladoc Health Benefits 2025.Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
