If you have a passion for creating amazing customer experiences and for technology - and want to join a growing team as we embark on this - then this might be the role for you.

As a Retail Training and Advocacy Specialist, you will support the Retail Marketing team in developing and executing engaging Hardware Partner events both in the offline and digital spaces. You'll directly contribute to craft the best possible event experience for different customers and drive business results for our client team. You will also support the team on parallel marketing activities that are directly related to partner events and activations, such as development of compelling communications and content management of digital properties.

  • Manage event logistics: Collaborate with client teams and agencies to ensure all event details are handled smoothly, gaining valuable experience in project coordination.
  • Create field-facing kits: Work with agencies to develop creative materials and production for two promotional kits, contributing to the marketing campaign's success.
  • Maintain event calendar: Ensure deadlines and resources are met for multiple events, learning how to prioritize tasks and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Track event performance: Collect key metrics and create clear reports for client stakeholders, developing your data analysis and presentation skills.
  • Craft compelling communications: Write engaging content for various audiences, including digital platforms, event guests, and internal stakeholders, honing your writing and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage one-off projects: Write briefs, perform creative and/or review, seek out cross-functional alignment and approvals, and set up calendar holds with Channel Owners.
  • Strong liaison skills: Serve as a bridge between agency and Channel Owner, setting up meetings and handling correspondence with vendors (content, kits, events, production).

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) preferred, with 5+ years of experience in a marketing or related field.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite
  • Experience supporting event planning and execution in a project management or coordinator role.
