Test Engineer II (Multiple Positions) - Starkey Laboratories, Inc. (Eden Prairie, MN). Responsible for developing hearing aid and accessory manufacturing test platforms. Duties include: design, develop, and implement automated systems to test product in a manufacturing environment at component, subassembly and systems levels; perform product requirements analysis, test requirements definition, test system hardware and software design, systems integration, and validation; generate design, validation, and maintenance documentation to comply with corporate quality system and department policies; provide troubleshooting guidance and sustaining support for test systems in Manufacturing; monitor Manufacturing test data to identify product and process quality issues, as well as test system performance; independently and collaboratively resolve technical challenges and identify opportunities for improvement; and, work with cross functional teams to contribute to completion of projects. Reqs. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering or a closely related field plus 3 years' experience with electronic test hardware and software related to micro-electronics. Must have demonstrated proficiency in: Python, .Net, C/C++/C#, Labview, or testing equipment programming; developing and integrating hardware and software systems; analytical and metrology tools and interpretation of the data from these tools; and, statistical process control methods and tools, including Cpk, Gage R&R, and minitab. 5 days/week in-office. $112,000/year.
