Position Function |
The University Youth Camp Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the development of general college readiness programming for summer campers as part of the Lilly Endowment
IYPC grant. The position will be responsible for hiring and training general session presenters, ensuring that safety protocols for campers are in place and followed, and support college offices with camp coordinator, managing housing, meals and family/student support activities. This position will also assist in developing partnerships with school districts in surrounding counties and to recruit targeted students to participate in camp programs to begin in summer of 2023. This is a grant funded position for a term of three years. |
Minimum Education |
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution. |
Minimum Experience |
Experience related to a college or university camp and working on a college campus or experience in the operations of camp programs and program development. |

Master's Degree in a related field. |
