Senior Facets Quality Analyst

Onsite Location: Norfolk - VA

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.

* 8+ years of Strong Healthcare exp in Facets Enrollment & Billing and hands on experience in PEGA systems

* Strong SQL Exp, Scrum/Agile Exp

* Automation experience in Selenium

* JIRA or Test Management Tools Exp

* Good Analytical and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Validate the functionality of innovative software solutions to complement and improve complex business processes such as Healthcare Enrolment & Billing process for Facets.

Collaborate with functional & business customers to identify and examine configurations, coding, programs, and potential deficiencies in order to enhance and implement customized software solutions!

Develop an automation roadmap and maintain the existing automation suite. Implement the testing frameworks for Applications and integrate as part of continuous integration and continuous development (CI/CD) !

Use domain expertise in US Healthcare to innovate and implement solutions and best practices.

Design complex Queries, Stored Procedures and SQL joins to perform the database testing and create the Test data for functional validations.
