Highlights:
Typical Day: A typical day involves installing, configuring, and maintaining operating system workstations and servers, including web servers, to meet business processing needs. You'll handle software installations and upgrades, ensuring they align with IT policies and procedures. Monitoring system performance, tuning for optimal efficiency, will be a key responsibility. You'll also manage system backups and database archives to ensure data recoverability. Conducting regular hardware and software audits to ensure compliance with standards and maintaining an up-to-date configuration database will be essential parts of your role. Additionally, you'll develop and promote standard operating procedures to improve system performance and reliability. Tasks:

Technical/other training of Computer Science (preferred)
Experience
Experience working in an Agile organization using Scrum, XP, Kanban, and SAFe (required)
Expertise in network infrastructure, routing protocols, firewalls, and network security (required) Deep understanding of AWS and Azure cloud platforms, including cloud security and resource management (required) Advanced expertise in managing Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and related technologies (required) Expert knowledge of Linux operating systems, including system configuration, shell scripting, and package management (required) Possess extensive understanding of specific operating systems, hardware, network protocols, security measures, and cloud technologies relevant to their organization (required) 5 years: Experience with enterprise network administration tools (required) Licenses & Certifications
