Join Our Team as a Commerce Operations Specialist at Gallo! We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual for a 6-month temporary assignment to ensure the accurate and timely deployment of Commerce Marketing tactics in support of our overall Brand and Commerce Marketing annual plans. You will focus on a targeted set of brands, customers, and geographies, managing point of sale (POS) elements, brand collateral, and digital assets. Your role will involve collaborating with the Commerce Marketing Team, Brand Management, Compliance, Creative, Finance, Sales, and Outside Vendors to execute development, deployment, planning, and communication effectively. In this role, you will manage the production and deployment of all POS elements to support monthly and annual commerce plans for assigned business units. This includes project management and communication of the annual national plan for all brands within your business units. Your expertise will be crucial throughout the creative process, ensuring brand equity, program success, cost efficiency, and timely execution. You will work closely with outside vendors to procure and deploy POS elements, collateral, and digital assets, making data-driven recommendations to optimize solutions. As the direct contact for an assigned region or business unit, you will maintain up-to-date distributor lists, track state-level compliance approvals, and ensure database accuracy for POS deployment. Your responsibilities include maintaining organized systems for project schedules, supporting coupon and promotion distribution, conducting basic marketing and promotional analyses, and continuously improving department processes and procedures. You will follow project management best practices and actively work to resolve issues and system challenges. What You Will Need: * Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of project management, marketing, sales, creative services, brand marketing support, operations, data analytics/sales development, or supply chain experience reflecting; OR Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of Gallo project management, marketing or Sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 7 years of project management, marketing, sales, creative services, brand marketing support, operations, data analytics/sales development, or supply chain experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. What Will Set You Apart: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration plus 5 years of project management, commerce marketing, sales, creative services, brand marketing support, winery operations, data analytics/sales development, or supply chain experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
