The Opportunity

Our Supply Chain Operations & Enterprise Delivery team is looking to add an #EnergyProblemSolver to support our Fieldglass Solutions Program Office team.

We are seeking a motivated team member who can collaborate with others to improve current processes and is comfortable using technology. Bring your analytical mindset along with your experience working with SAP Fieldglass as well as SAP system integrations. This individual has the proven skills, competencies and capacity to provide a high-level of customer service to meet our unique business needs, a combination of technical and soft skills, and the critical thinking to identify and mitigate organizational risk while managing sensitive information.

What you'll do

  • Actively participate in process & technology improvement projects, including Fieldglass configuration changes and the maintenance of master data

  • Support the business's day to day activities providing the quality checks on Fieldglass transactions

  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication

  • Onboard leaders, project support personal, suppliers and contractors onto Fieldglass and other applicable tools and processes. This may include providing online and/or in-classroom training

  • Facilitate the resolution of Procure to Pay (P2P) issues with Accounts Payables, Buyers, Project Controls, suppliers, contractors and other key stakeholders to enable "on-time pay"

  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with developers if required

  • Analyze and optimize business processes to align with organizational goals

  • Generate data-driven reports to support our business needs and insights using tools like Power BI and Excel

  • Provide other analytical support and reporting as required

  • Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field

  • Minimum 4 years of related experience and or equivalent combinations of education and experience

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve conflict

  • Confidentiality and discretion demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.

  • Commercial acumen, with contract development and execution experience; good understanding of rate structures and terms and conditions

  • Data analysis: ability to pull reports, analyze the data, and provide insights

  • Proficient Microsoft skills in Power BI, Excel and Power Point

  • Clear writing with solid grammar skills to develop and maintain documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience working with Fieldglass or other vendor management system (VMS), or with a contingent managed service provider (MSP)

  • 2+ years' experience in business software, software implementation, or analytics

  • Working knowledge within SAP and/or Workday

  • Experience with Power Bi or similar data modelling tool; and/or

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field

This position requires candidates to:

  • Have current, valid authorization to travel internationally (including but not limited to Canada, US and Mexico)

  • Travel to other company locations for temporary assignments, meetings or training may be required (estimated up 5% of work schedule)

  • Overnight stays away from home base may be required (estimated up 5% of work schedule)

  • Possess, or be eligible to receive, a valid passport and maintain travel eligibility for Domestic, Cross Border, and International Travel (including the USA and Mexico)
