What you'll do: In this role, you will conduct comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages, diagnosing and managing ocular diseases such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy. You will prescribe corrective lenses and educate patients on eyewear options, while co-managing surgical patients with local ophthalmologists. You will maintain accurate and thorough patient records using our EHR system and work collaboratively with a team of skilled professionals to enhance patient outcomes. Additionally, you will educate patients on preventive eye care, nutrition, and lifestyle factors affecting ocular health. This position offers full-time employment for 30-40 hours per week, with 15-24 patients seen daily.
