Are you ready to take the wheel and steer your career in the right direction? Staffmark is hiring a CDL Shuttle Driver/Non-CDL Yard Hostler to join our team immediately. If you're a pro at threading the needle and maneuvering trailers like a champ, we want you!

The Essentials:



  • Pay: $27.25 - $30.50 per hour + OT after 40 hours
  • Schedule: Choose your shift!

    • 5 AM - 5 PM
    • 5 PM - 5 AM





What You'll Be Doing:



  • Operate yard goats/mules to move trailers within customer yards.
  • Blindside backing and dock-to-dock trailer switching.
  • Perform pre-and post-trip inspections, chock wheels, and maintain safety awareness.
  • Shuttle containers/trailers between on-site and off-site yards.
  • Handle 50-75 trailer moves per shift in a fast-paced environment-bring your A-game!
  • Work holidays, weekends, and nights as needed.



What We're Looking For:



  • Safety-first mindset: No more than 3 moving violations/accidents in the past 3 years.
  • Valid driver's license (CDL for shuttle drivers).
  • At least 12 months of verifiable hostling experience.
  • Must be at least 23 years old.
