Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. This Second Line of Defense role is responsible for supporting First Citizens BancShares' ERM Risk Reporting team by working with teams across the first and second lines of defense to produce monthly and quarterly Risk Reporting products. Work items will include reporting template creation, data and commentary gathering, and review of content and adherence to policies and standards. In addition, this position will partner with business and technical stakeholders to draft business requirements for report and dashboard enhancements. This position requires a high level of Risk Management expertise, critical thinking, independent problem solving, technical Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and relationship building skills to successfully support the Enterprise Risk Reporting cycles. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Financial Services, Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, Finance, or Accounting OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Financial Services, Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, Finance, or Accounting Preferred Education: Advanced Degree Preferred Area of Experience: Enterprise Risk Management or Operational Risk Management Experience working with Governance Risk and Compliance applications, Knowledge of risk techniques and practices Additional Requirements:

Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
