Academy - 5th/6th Volleyball Coach

Lipscomb Academy is seeking a dedicated coach for our grades 5/6 Volleyball Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching young athletes, a strong understanding of volleyball fundamentals, and the ability to inspire and motivate players. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the development of young athletes and foster a love for the sport.

Duties and responsibilities for this position:

  Plan and conduct engaging practices that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

  Lead the team during games and tournaments, ensuring fair play and a positive, safe experience for all players.

  Provide guidance and mentorship to athletes, fostering a supportive and inclusive team environment.

  Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school staff regarding practice schedules, game details, and player progress.
