We are looking for a Reliability Professional to lead lubrication initiatives at the Green Bay, Georgia-Pacific paper manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to teach, develop, and implement lubrication best practices. A deep understanding of the importance of lubrication in safety and reliability, along with a passion for precision, is essential to elevate our lubrication program from good to great. This role does not include direct reports but offers significant influence over various team members. It is a non-travel position, based entirely at the Green Bay facility. Our Team The Green Bay Broadway Mill manufactures and distributes leading commercial and retail brands of paper products (bath tissue, napkins, and towels).
