We are seeking a Website Administrator to support the Defense Security/IA Authorization Working Group (DSAWG) and the Cross Domain Technical Advisory Board (CDTAB) websites. This role is critical to sustaining an effective and secure online presence for both organizations. The ideal candidate will have experience working in classified or high-security government environments and will be responsible for managing websites, databases, and communication systems in compliance with DoD policies and cybersecurity standards. Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain and update websites for DSAWG and CDTAB, ensuring uptime, accessibility, and information accuracy.
- Develop and maintain a searchable online repository of: DSAWG and CDTAB briefings, Historical policy materials, Reference documents, and Content and Communications Management.
- Manage web-based contact directories for: DSAWG and CDTAB representatives, Secretariat staff, ISRMC members, Public Affairs Officers (PAOs), Ensure timely publication of updated contact info and committee rosters.
- Online Action Tracking:
- Implement and support a web-based action tracking system to manage tasks and decisions related to DSAWG and CDTAB operations.
- Facilitate tracking of submissions, decisions, and review workflows.
- Security & Compliance:
- Ensure all systems are compliant with DoD cybersecurity requirements (e.g., RMF, STIGs).
- Coordinate with cybersecurity personnel to ensure secure hosting, user access controls, and incident response.
- Stakeholder Support:
- Act as the first point of contact for web-related inquiries from committee members, staff, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate updates and document posting with the Secretariat and other involved DoD offices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Active DoD Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred).
- 3+ years of experience managing DoD or federal websites and systems.
- Familiarity with DoD governance structures and collaborative workflows.
- Strong understanding of website architecture, content management systems (CMS), and database tools.
- Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity frameworks such as:
- STIGs (Security Technical Implementation Guides)
- Proficiency in:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- SharePoint (preferred)
- DoD-standard collaboration platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation: $88,000 - $98,000
