Job Summary

As a Data Analyst, you will quickly gain a deep understanding of our B2B business and use data to identify trends/opportunities and drive actionable insights into the hands of organizational stakeholders in support of revenue growth and customer retention. The ideal candidate is bright, inquisitive, analytical, technically proficient, detail-oriented, and has a minimum of 2 years of advanced data & analytics experience, preferably for a large sales organization of a subscription-based business.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex sales/marketing data sets to identify trends, patterns, insights, and opportunities to increase revenue, improve sales operations/performance and decrease customer attrition.
  • Conduct pricing, product, propensity to purchase, customer segmentation and revenue forecast analyses.
  • Fulfill ad hoc requests from stakeholders for data, reports, and one-off analyses.
  • Design and build data visualizations to present analyses in clear, compelling, and easy-to-understand ways using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Develop, maintain and monitor dashboards and reports to track key sales & marketing performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of data and analytics experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to tell a compelling story using data.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, even in the absence of complete information.
  • Proactive learner with a self-starter mentality and sense of urgency. with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
  • Minimum 2 years of advanced SQL experience.
  • Experience using GCP, BigQuery, Tableau (or other BI tool), Salesforce Lightning and advanced Excel (e.g., Coefficient, charts, graphs, pivot tables, VLookups, etc.).
  • Experience with Python and R is a plus.

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $77,112.00-$93,636.00/year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
