About the Role: We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to drive the success of our engagement with Carbon Mapper and the California Air Resources Control Board (CARB). This role is in direct support of the recently-awarded Satellite Data Purchase Project (SDPP) from the State of California. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure they maximize the value of Planet's satellite data and analytics, supporting methane emissions monitoring, air quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance efforts. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent relationship management skills, a passion for environmental monitoring, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into customer impact. This role will appeal to candidates who are passionate about sustainability, air quality, and climate resilience. This is a full-time, remote position based in California. Impact You'll Own:

Compensation: The US base salary range for this full-time position at the commencement of employment is listed below. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives (bonus and equity).
