Provides cost-effective facilities and operating units that meet projected needs of the company by performing real estate project management for industrial, office and parking facilities, including relocations, expansions, land purchases, property dispositions, and portfolio management. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Real Estate or related area required. Minimum Experience Four (4) years experience required in industrial real estate which includes site selection, lease negotiation, and managing the efforts of brokers, developers, and real estate counsel or related area. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office Software and web-based applications. Verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain complex and/or confidential information. Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use sound judgment and fact-based analysis to develop effective and efficient solutions. Knowledge of real estate negotiation, leasing and acquisition, disposition of real estate, property management, project financing. Knowledge of construction, site development and land use regulations including environmental law and ability to read blueprints or construction designs. Job Conditions Some travel required Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
