Overview

We are currently seeking a Sales Development Rep to join a subsidiary of 74Software!

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing US team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and building a robust sales pipeline for our financial technology solutions in the US market.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

    Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities within the financial services sector
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling
  • Research and map target accounts to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives with prospective clients
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM system
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and SBS's product offerings
  • Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation campaigns
  • Provide feedback on prospect pain points to help refine sales messaging


Qualifications

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in fintech, banking software, or B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of financial services industry and technology solutions
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
