Lead Quality Control Cobra Golf

YOUR MISSION
  • Perform incoming inspection of raw materials in accordance with Cobra quality assurance guidelines.
  • Collect and record inspection data for evaluating supplier performance.
  • Manage the flow of incoming materials from receiving through inspection to putaway.
  • Disposition materials per Cobra Quality Assurance guidelines and make necessary transactions within the WMS.
  • Perform visual inspection of Pilot Run samples and provide critical feedback to the Development Team to factor into PRN decisions.
  • Check unique product features for specification compliance and visual accuracy.
  • Prepare and train colleagues as needed to backup the Cobra Quality Assurance function.
  • Collaborate with Returns Teams for credit return claims, which includes coordinating and assigning warehouse locations for returns and managing returned inventory.
  • Ensure all equipment and tools are in good working condition and well maintained.
  • Responsible for achieving and reporting process area KPIs.
  • Follow all safety protocol and maintain a safe and clean working environment
YOUR TALENT
  • 3+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Quality experience
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Golf Club components and assembly preferred
  • Working knowledge of small gauges and test instruments
  • Strong foundational math and computer skills
  • Ability to operate Microsoft Office Suit applications, such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Desire good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to contribute to the team and handle constantly changing manufacturing requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
  • Must be able to operate a pallet jack
  • Ability to travel as needed (<5%)

The Hiring range base pay for this position is $18.70 - $29.90 + Bonus + Benefits
