Description
The Mortgage Post Closer plays a crucial role in the closing process of mortgage loans, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations. This position requires a thorough understanding of the closing process, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders in the financial services industry. Responsibilities * Review and validate loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with guidelines. * Conduct thorough audits of closed loans to verify adherence to requirements. * Prepare and deliver complete closed loan packages as assigned. * Collaborate with internal teams (processing, Account Manager) to resolve discrepancies or issues in loan files. * Prioritize workload to meet rate lock expirations and delivery deadlines. * Prepare final closing documents and coordinate with title companies and lenders for timely delivery. * Maintain organized records of closed loans and related documentation. * Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including communication with clients and borrowers. * Perform additional tasks as assigned. Skills * Post-closing * Mortgage lending * Mortgage banking * FHA loans * Refinancing * Mortgage industry Additional Skills & Qualifications * Minimum 3-5 years of post-closing mortgage experience * Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in mortgage software and Microsoft Office Suite * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Effective written and verbal communication skills Education, Certification, and License Requirements * High school diploma or GED *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr. - Health insurance - Life insurance - Disability insurance Additionally, you will be entitled to 2 Weeks of paid vacation for each year of employment in accordance with our usual policies. You will be entitled to 1 Week, paid, to be allocated for illness or personal business each year of employment in accordance with our sick leave policy, which may be modified from time to time. *Workplace Type* This is a fully onsite position in Scottsdale,AZ. *Application Deadline* This position is anticipated to close on Apr 25, 2025.
