We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Aesthetic Advanced Level Provider Injector to join Greater Beauty. In this role, you will provide a range of non-surgical cosmetic treatments to enhance the appearance and confidence of our patients. Your expertise in administering injectables and your commitment to delivering outstanding patient care will be crucial in helping our clients achieve their aesthetic goals.

Education

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner Program OR Physician Assistant Program
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in Plastic Surgery or Dermatology practice with direct experience in both neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
  • Laser experience preferred.

Skills

  • A high level of analytical ability is required for assessing patients and implementing appropriate intervention.
  • Substantial interpersonal skills required to effectively interact with staff, physicians, patients, and family members.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and communicate effectively with clients and team members alike

Licensures, Certifications

  • Current registration with the Maryland State Board of Examiners of Nurses as a Certified Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner OR Licensed Physician Assistant.
  • Valid contract with preceptors.
  • Completion of "Healthcare Provider" CPR course, yearly.
  • Aesthetic Certification required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail for up to eighty percent of work time in performing duties and dealing with patients and families often during stressful situations.
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.

Working Conditions

  • Normal patient care environment with possible exposure to excessive noise, dust , temperature.
  • Exposure to adverse working conditions due to performance of patient care activities, and exposure to communicable diseases.

  • Employee has knowledge and understanding of patient and workforce safety as it relates to job duties.

Patient Population:

  • Demonstrates competency in the delivery of care and applies the knowledge to meet age-specific needs if applicable.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough initial patient assessments and consultations to develop tailored patient treatment plans
  • Perform initial history and physical as evidenced by appropriate documentation.
  • Educate patients about pre and post-treatment care, expected outcomes, and potential side effects, ensuring their informed consent.
  • Performaestheticprocedures including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and skin rejuvenation treatments, ensuring precision and safety
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using EPIC, documenting treatment details, progress, and any adverse reactions.
  • Implementing and developing clinical procedures and safety protocols and policies
  • Maintaining high standardsof patient care, comfort, and safety
  • Conducting regular assessments of clinical practices and making improvements as needed
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in aesthetics through ongoing training and professional development.
  • Assisting the administrative team to keep accurate records, schedule and optimize patient flow
  • Actively promote products, services, and promotions through social media and in person
  • Perform laser hair removal and laser tattoo removal
  • Supervise Registered Nurses with laser services
  • Provide mentorship and supervision to the team

Pay Range

$80,363.74 - $133,809.65

Final salary offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience and alignment with our organizational needs.
