Maintenance Mechanic

We are hiring top talent with just the right skills and experience to work as Maintenance Mechanic - 1st Shift at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. In this role, you will support manufacturing and production operations in the machining department. Implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure equipment is maintained in condition for maximum performance. Identify opportunities for cost improvement and process enhancement.

Are You Looking to

• Interface with production staff to identify machine problems, determine root cause, and corrective actions.
• Interface with vendors for parts, service, and repair.
• Order and install parts and verify problems corrected.

Are You Ready to

• Troubleshoot some electrical and electronic problems and make adjustments on PC boards.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Assist in improvement projects to aid production efficiency.
• Perform machine adjustments, realignments, build, rebuild and minor repairs.

What You'll Need

• Strong mechanical and analytical skills.
• Experience in preventative maintenance.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
